The LEAD Program
LEAD, which stands for Leadership Education Achievement Development, is a new program that focuses on service learning, national programs, and leadership, exclusive for FBLA Middle-Level members. There are three levels: bronze, silver and gold. Each level builds upon each other and must be completed in this order.

All of the activities are developed around the FBLA-PBL crest, which is Service, Education and Progress. Students completing all the levels create a leadership portfolio, which can be updated.

Students receive recognition for every LEAD level they complete.

The LEAD program offers the opportunity for students to earn a variety of digital badges throughout this unique leadership development program, in addition to a badge at the completion of each level that may be uploaded to their online leadership profile.
This online leadership profile can be used to show future employers. This will give you a boost to your future career.

Students can complete more than one level of LEAD per year. There are so many benefits of the LEAD Program and it is really simple to join.
The LEAD program is a great way for FBLA-Middle Level members to gain some important skills in business needed in the future at an early age.
